     Out of concern for the livelihood of the officers and enlisted men, yesterday ROC Army Kinmen Defense Command commander Lieutenant General Ho lead his important officers to visit with the officers and elisted men of the Shi Islet and Fuxing Islet Defense Units of the Lesser Kinmen (Lieyu) Defense Forces. Ho oversaw the improvement of living conditions and gave out moon cakes as well as exchanging opinions and sharing experiences. Ho gave out group bonus money and praised and encouraged the officers and enlisted men to join forces in war practice and to take painstaking efforts in these matters.
