  1. (chemistry) Of or pertaining to a mesogen; describing the part of a liquid crystal molecule responsible for mesophase formation.
  2. (biology) Describing a relationship between a parasite and a host in which the host survives despite the dominance of the parasite.
  3. Moderately virulent; between lentogenic and velogenic.
