There are no citation and I could not find a single online reference to "cumball" being a slang word for an Osage Orange. I think this is a made-up term.

An IP on the talk page correctly points out that this appears to be made up. (It's been here since 2004!) No hits for cumball+orange or cumball+fruit on Google Books, nor any hits for "cumball tree" (which I've also RFVed, below) even on Usenet. However, on Usenet, it may be possible to cite cumball with one or more other meanings, including as a term of contempt and possibly also a literal ball or wad of cum. - -sche (discuss) 05:16, 15 March 2020 (UTC)Reply
