Are the Russian word тонкий, Ossetian тæнæг, Serbo-Croatian танак, Bulgarian тънък and Slovenian tanek descendants? German dünn ? Bogorm 20:07, 18 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

OCS & Common Slavic *tьnъkъ < Proto-Slavic *tinu-ku < PIE *tenh₂.u-. Also German *dünn < OHG dunni < PGmc *thunnuz. They all more then obviously are.. --Ivan Štambuk 21:14, 18 January 2009 (UTC)Reply
