Etymology

Borrowed from Nepali दार्जिलिङ (dārjiliṅ), from Tibetan རྡོ་རྗེ་གླིང (rdo rje gling), itself a compound of Tibetan རྡོ་རྗེ (rdo rje, vajra) and གླིང (gling, land).
