  1. A river that flows for 351km, from its headwaters to the south of the main ridge of the Greater Caucasus in the north-west of Georgia’s Akhmeta municipality, through the Caucasus, until it feeds into the River Kura at Azerbaijan’s Mingachevir Reservoir.
