   納(なっ)豆(とう)だの、シーフードだの、山葵(わさび)だの、日(に)本(ほん)食(しょく)が苦(にが)手(て)だ。

   Nattō da no, shīfūdo da no, wasabi da no, Nihonshoku ga nigate da.

   Natto, seafood, wasabi and the like — Japanese food isn't my thing.

   • 1939, Osamu Dazai, Joseito [Schoolgirl]‎^[1]:

     普(ふ)段(だん)、モオツァルトだの、バッハだのに熱(ねっ)中(ちゅう)しているはずの自(じ)分(ぶん)が、無(む)意(い)識(しき)に、「唐(とう)人(じん)お吉(きち)」を唄(うた)ったのが、面(おも)白(しろ)い。

     Fudan, Mōtsaruto dano, Bahha dano ni netchū shiteiru hazu no jibun ga, muishiki ni,“Tōjin Okichi” o utatta no ga, omoshiroi.

     It's funny how I unconsciously started singing "Tōjin Okichi". Usually I'm infatuated with music like that of Mozart and Bach.
