Punning blend of schlocky +‎ hockey. From being an inferior variant of ice hockey.

  1. (Canada) A box game variant of ice hockey, for two players, with two blade-less "schtick" sticks, a puck, a wooden box with two, three, or five slotted dividers, representing pass/shot opposition for the (possible) middle divider(s), and the goal slots for the two end dividers.
