  1. (annoyingly) slow, lingering, dilatory
    Han skulle varit här för en timme sen. Måste han vara så jäkla sölig?

  2. sullied with something sticky and messy

Often instead as nedsölad in (sense 2): "tröjan var nedsölad med senap" = "the shirt was soiled with mustard"
