  1. To vomit or hack up.
    My cat is always cacking up hairballs.
  2. (slang) To mess up; to get seriously wrong.
    OmniCorp has really cacked up this problem.
  3. (of a plug, filter or pipe) To become plugged up.
    The pipe has cacked up again, so I'm calling a plumber.
