I disagree with the definition/usage

I disagree with the statement, "It is sometimes used to communicate the continuation of a list vertically as opposed to horizontally." That definition may work for a normal (horizontal) ellipsis. But the vertical ellipsis is normally used in software to access a menu of options or settings. Swilson317 (talk) 21:29, 5 October 2023 (UTC)Reply
