62.255.71.161 was correct when he said this. Hard one to cite, but there's this (which does repeatedly make references to farting and doesn't make mention of polishing seats). Further support is that the journos present weren't sure whether Ferguson said "squeaky" or "squeeze your"; they thought 4 to 3 (2 abstaining) that he'd said "squeaky".[1]
On the other side, there's The Phrase Finder, but that's just made-up, post-event.
