Etymology: "Anglo-Norman"?
[edit]In what way is this "Anglo-Norman"? It merely seems to be a partial metathesis of "maddock". Partial in the sense that the alveolar and velar articulations switched, but their respective voicedness remained as it was. 90.186.83.177 23:11, 6 May 2021 (UTC)
