Middle English habil, from Old French habile, from Latin habilis, from habre, to handle

Which is the same as what we've got, apart from they use an image in place of the Unicode character ē, so when you copy-paste habēre from their site, it comes out as habre. Weird. Mglovesfun (talk) 22:54, 18 December 2012 (UTC)Reply
