Why Spanish flag?[edit]

Why is there the Spanish flag in this article? I'm very confused because of it, and I can't fathom why it's included on this page... | hyark 21:43, 3 Dec 2004 (UTC)

Biker vs. cyclist[edit]

I've never heard "biker" refer to a cyclist. And certainly not as the first meaning. http://dictionary.cambridge.org/us/dictionary/english/biker has it as the second meaning. It seems to have been changed by this edit by a non-native speaker. - 84.202.114.115 19:26, 31 August 2016 (UTC)Reply

The reference you're including puts both at the same level; http://www.oxforddictionaries.com/definition/english/biker indeed as second, same as http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/biker Removing "rare" as personal experience does not counter references. 2A02:AA13:8105:2500:3D0F:6797:951C:C7CA 19:50, 31 August 2016 (UTC)Reply
Nevertheless, biker almost always refers to a motorcycle rider, certainly in BE. That is the only meaning given by Collins: https://www.collinsdictionary.com/dictionary/english/biker. In German, the loanword Biker means cyclist, and I have the impression that when we see it in English with this meaning, it is normally Germans being fooled by a false friend.
